John A. (Jack) Grasso, Senior Director

Jack Grasso joined the Uniform Code Council (UCC) as the Director of Public Relations in 2003. In 2004, he was promoted to Senior Director of Corporate Communications, responsible for strategic communication for the UCC and its respective subsidiaries, EPCglobal, UCCnet and RosettaNet.  He is the organization’s chief spokesperson and is a founding member of the EPCglobal Public Policy Committee.  Throughout his extensive career, Mr. Grasso held senior management roles in corporate communications, public relations, marketing communications and investor relations.

Prior to joining the UCC, Mr. Grasso had served in a number of key positions with AT&T including Communications Vice President for AT&T EasyLink Services, Public Affairs Director for AT&T’s Northeast Region and as Division Manager for AT&T’s in-house communications agency. He also has served as a Visiting Professor in the Department of Communication at Rutgers University.  Mr. Grasso is a member of the Public Relations Society of America, the International Association of Business Communicators, and the National Investor Relations Institute. Mr. Grasso holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Mount Saint Mary’s University.


Bill Schick, Vice President and Global Leader
Consumer Industries, Retail, Entertainment, and Media (CI&R) Industry Frameworks

Bill Schick is a Vice President and Global Leader for Consumer Industries, Retail, Entertainment, and Media  (CI&R) Industry Frameworks which is the industry focused component of EDS’ Portfolio Team. As the solution development lead for EDS’ industry driven portfolio development,  Bill oversees the development of CI&R Industry Frameworks and Industry Solution strategy and solutions designed to address the specific business process requirements facing this industry.  Mr.  Schick also coordinates EDS’ application of “Edge Technology” across various industry solutions such as for Supply Chain in response to the Wal-Mart initiative. 

Mr. Schick assists clients with development of a broad range of supply chain, financial, production and other application solutions. Some of his past clients include: AOL, News Corp, FOX, COX Enterprises, Road Runner, Harper Collins, Berlitz, Time Warner Telecom, Time Warner Cable, Nextel, AT&T, Warner Bros., NASA, US Navy, DIA and other industry leaders.

Mr. Schick spent over 25 years in a variety of leadership and Information systems/business consulting positions.  He worked previously at BearingPoint (formerly KPMG Consulting), where he served as a  Managing Director, Information, Communication and Entertainment Consulting Group; Client Executive for three major global media accounts; and as a principal in the KPMG CRM and Content Management practice.  Prior to BearingPoint, he served as Chief Operating Officer for Magnet Interactive where he helped grow a start-up PC Gaming and Internet commerce pathfinder. 

Mr. Schick is a retired Marine Corp Reserve aviator and Intelligence Officer with extensive experience in building, motivating and directing cross-functional teams in developing, designing and implementing creative solutions to complex problems.   He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Colgate University and a Masters in Systems Management from the University of Southern California.
