Cyberquatters Scams and schemes take on new twists and
colorful names when on-line. Swindlers spoof the origin of e-mail,
create Web sites that appear legitimate, or "cybersquat" on sites

spy on Internet users or "phish" for personal and financial
information.

fact that POTS (plain old telephone service) is becoming less a part
of the overall telecommunications market.
