Cell Tower Siting – “Can You Hear Me Now?!?!” “Not in my backyard,” is the familiar battle-cry surrounding the placement of cellular towers. As more Americans transition from a land-line to a mobile communications service -- currently there are an estimated 219 million cell phone subscribers in the U.S.—and as cell phones become hand held personal computers, many of these same people complain about the quality of service and connection speed of their cell phones.
