R. Scott Miller
Scott Miller is Director, Global Trade Policy for The Procter & Gamble Company. Based in Washington, D.C., Scott is responsible for the full range of international trade, investment, and business facilitation issues for the company. Scott currently chairs the National Foreign Trade Council’s WTO Working Group and the Trade and Investment Committee of the U.S. Council for International Business. Scott helped found the Business Coalition for Capacity Building (2003), and has led many coalitions, including those supporting Trade Promotion Authority (2001-02) and the US-Central America FTA (2003-05).
Scott has nearly 30 years’ experience at Procter & Gamble in a range of manufacturing, marketing, and government relations assignments. He holds degrees from Ohio Northern University and the University of Cincinnati.
