InfraAmericas US P3 Infrastructure Forum 2013 logo9th Annual US P3 Infrastructure Forum 2013
June 18-19, 2013 | Crowne Plaza, Times Square, New York City

Reduced registration rate available to NCSL members!
The US P3 Infrastructure Forum, organized by InfraAmericas, is the premier annual gathering about public-private partnerships (PPPs or P3s). PPPs are agreements that allow more private sector involvement than is traditional in infrastructure financing and delivery. Hundreds of public and private sector attendees will attend this two-day conference, which will feature briefings by experts and officials from across the country as well as several networking opportunities. NCSL is a supporting organization for this event.

2013 Conference Focus
The US P3 market is in its best ever shape. The value proposition of a P3 is better understood by public officials now than at any previous time. Deal-flow in 2013/14 looks robust in the toll road, airport and water sectors. And infrastructure investing is on the agenda as a centerpiece of growth for the US economy. At this year's event find out more about:

  • How US P3 deal-flow might be accelerated over the next decade
  • How the use of P3s is being expanded in states & cities including Chicago, Colorado, Los Angeles, Maryland, Nevada, Ohio and Pennsylvania
  • What public officials are saying about P3s and how they are evaluating the P3 value proposition for taxpayers and users
  • The latest changes to the federal government’s TIFIA program under MAP-21
  • Where the opportunities are in emerging P3 sectors like airports and water/wastewater
  • Hear project updates from around the country including Florida, Indiana, New York, Texas, Virginia

Discounted Rate Available for NCSL Members
