Foundation for State Legislatures Public-Private Partnership Project

Overview

Fingers on KeyboardNew technologies provide a range of opportunities for governments to strengthen services to citizens and improve operations. This project will explore ways to enhance decision-making and customer service based on business intelligence and effective data management, strengthen IT procurement, implement advancements in securing government data and systems, and improve IT governance and management.  Project partners will examine new delivery models, technologies and analytics governments can utilize to achieve efficiencies and foster innovation. Topic areas include:

  • Harnessing Government Data
  • IT Procurement
  • Cybersecurity
  • IT Governance and Management

The partnership provides an opportunity for state legislators, legislative staff and Foundation for State Legislatures Partners to address issues through project sessions, site visits, webinars, articles in State Legislatures magazine, and a LegisBrief.
