NCSL and The Pew Charitable Trusts worked with Montana legislative leaders and committee chairs to develop a Legislative Policy Academy on Child Protection at the capitol in Helena, HeleMontana, January 11-12, 2019. House and Senate members and staff heard from local, regional and national experts on improving front-end services.
