Bills of money floating in the airThis meeting is NCSL's premier meeting on state budget and tax issues. The seminar will provide state legislators and senior legislative staff with the latest information to address state fiscal challenges.

Registration

Registration Information Registration is free
NCSL will provide a limited number of stipends to cover coach airfare (up to $450), two nights of lodging at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess, and a reception and five meals as part of the seminar.

The registration deadline is Oct. 17.

We ask individuals accepting stipends to attend the entire meeting (Wednesday welcome reception is optional). We will make a hotel reservation for you for the nights of Wednesday, Nov. 19, and Thursday, Nov. 20. NCSL will directly pay for two nights of your hotel stay.

Travel Information

Travel InformationNCSL provides financial support to cover the cost of coach air travel up to $450. Please do not book your travel on your own.

Please contact the NCSL Travel Desk at Christopherson Travel at 800-825-3283 (7 a.m. to 6 p.m. MST) or 303-694-4344 to have your flight directly billed to NCSL.

Please indicate that you have registered for the NCSL Western States Fiscal Leaders Meeting and need to book travel. They will assist you in finding a flight that meets your schedule.

Travel Booking Deadline
All travel should be booked no later than Oct. 29. Please remember that your ticket is nonrefundable, so please do not make reservations until you are certain that you will be able to attend the seminar.

Ground Transportation Information
NCSL will not be providing ground transportation for this event. The Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport is located approximately 26 miles from the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess. Information on various forms of transportation from the airport to the hotel can be obtained at The Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport Transportation and Parking webpage.
