The 2018 NCSL Fiscal Leaders Seminar is NCSL’s premier meeting on state budget and tax issues. It is specifically designed for legislative fiscal leaders, legislative leaders and senior legislative fiscal staff. The seminar will provide attendees a special opportunity to communicate and collaborate with their peers from around the country on state budget and tax issues.
