Environmental Health: Shifting Trends

There is a noticeable trend in environmental health. From the lead in water situation in Flint, to chemical safety concerns, to deaths from carbon monoxide poisonings, to food safety scares at major restaurants (Chipotle, Jack-in-the-Box), environmental health is gaining recognition as a public health concern.

This webinar will discuss trends in environmental health, looking at issues such as water quality, chemical safety, indoor air quality, food safety, and how the reaction from the media and public are causing state legislatures—and state and federal agencies—to respond.
