California State Auditor is seeking motivated MPA/MPP/MBA graduates and accounting/business/finance undergraduates with strong analytical and writing skills-and a desire to be challenged-to join our team in Sacramento. As an entry-level auditor evaluator, you will be part of our efforts to evaluate multi-million and billion-dollar public organizations and recommend program and policy improvements.

We put your skills to work right away on challenging and diverse assignments that teach you about a wide spectrum of government agencies. We investigate issues as diverse as the State's failure to swiftly address contaminated drinking water, a failed statewide automated child support collection system costing taxpayers millions, and several cities' illegal use of bond funds to finance casinos.
