The NCSL Legislative Summit (previously known as the Annual Meeting) will be in New Orleans, July 22-26. Registration and housing are open and the PDF forms are at the bottom of this page. Following are some instructions we encourage you to follow to simplify meeting and hotel registration. The website will be updated with information regarding the program, speakers, agenda, and exhibitors as soon as the information is confirmed. An Activity Guide, outlining information about New Orleans, social events, transportation, guest/youth programs, and tours, is available on the website, www.ncslneworleans.com.

For Legislative Summit Complimentary Registrations

To take advantage of the Platinum sponsor benefit of five complimentary registrations, the Gold sponsor benefit of two complimentary registrations or the Silver sponsor benefit of one complimentary registration, you must fill out the registration form; we cannot process complimentary registrations online. Fax the form to Emily Rogers at (303) 364-7800. Your sponsorship renewal must be received before June 30, 2008 for you to take advantage of the complimentary registration benefit. Please contact Emily with any questions about your organization’s status.

To make additional registrations at the discounted Foundation rate, please register online and follow the instructions. Select “Foundation for State Legislatures” as the “Registrant Type” to receive the discount

For Hotel Room Reservations

Due to limited room numbers in our foundation block, we can only make reservations for a selected number per sponsorship level. If you need additional rooms please log online and make them as an "attendee".

Platinum Sponsors: 5 Reservations
Gold Sponsors: 2 Reservations
Silver Sponsors: 1 Reservation

All changes and cancellations must be made in writing to Emily at emily.rogers@ncsl.org or faxed to (303) 364-7800 through June 1, 2008. After June 1, 2008, all cancellations must be made in writing to the NCSL Housing Bureau at ncsl@experient-inc.com or by fax at (301) 694-5124. Cancellations after this date will forfeit the $190 guarantee or one night's room and tax, whichever is greater. Do not contact the hotel directly regarding your reservation until July 1, 2008. Most hotels will not have individual names for reservations until that time.
