State Election Results: Forecasting the Impact on State Legislatures Cosponsored with the NCSL Redistricting and Elections Committee Network Vice President Nancy Detert moderated the session. NCSL's Executive Director William Pound forecasted how state election results will affect state legislatures. NCSL's elections expert, Tim Storey, presented data gathered from NCSL's StateVote project.
