U.S. Transportation needs are growing. Many challenges, including the declining value of the gas tax against inflation, transportation funding concerns, traffic congestion, motor vehicle crashes and new federal rules are forcing states to re-examine current policies and search for new ideas.

This pre-conference seminar at the NCSL Fall Forum is the essential gathering for state lawmakers who are concerned about the future of our nation’s transportation system.
