Commercial Motor Vehicle Safety Database

The National Conference of State Legislature's commercial motor vehicle safety database tracks state legislation related to commercial motor vehicles and commercial drivers' licenses. The database is intended to capture state legislative efforts to comply with federal requirements related to trucks and commercial vehicles and detail other state efforts to improve commercial vehicle safety. The database includes bill summaries, status information, sponsore information and links to legislation.
