Registration Information
The registration fee is payable in advance or onsite to the
National Conference of State Legislatures.
The deadline for web registration is April 15, 2008.
Some sessions may be eligible for continuing legal education credit. CLE application materials will be provided onsite so that attendees may apply for credit in their states. |

Cancellation/Refund Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing and may be faxed to (303) 364-7811, or e-mailed at registration@ncsl.org. Cancellations received in the NCSL Denver office by April 23, 2008, will be refunded, less a $50 processing fee. Please allow four to six weeks for refund processing. Fees cannot be refunded for registrations cancelled after the conference begins.
Substitution Policy
Substitutions require an additional processing fee of $25. To make a substitution you must: (a) Submit a written notice of cancellation indicating a request to transfer payment; (b) Submit a new registration form. No onsite substitutions are allowed.
Hotel Reservation
 The block of rooms is sold out. If you are still in need of a hotel room, please call Andavo Travel for assistance at 800.825.3283. Please be aware, however, that the conference rate is unavailable at other hotels and accommodations and government rates are extremely limited throughout the city.
Travel Information
 Make your reservations through Andavo Travel, NCSL's official travel headquarters, to receive discounts off regular coach and lowest applicable round-trip airfares to Washington, D.C. Airline reservations must be made at least seven days in advance. Call
800.825.3283 or 303.694.4344. For transportation to/from any one of the airports in the D.C. area, take advantage of Airport Transfers online.
