Hotel Information

The Communications & IT Professional Development Seminar will be held at the Louisville Marriott Downtown in the heart of Louisville. 

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Louisville Marriott Downtown, 280 W. Jefferson, Louisville, KY 40202.  The negotiated rate for conference attendees is $149 per night.

Each attendee is responsible for making his/her own hotel and travel arrangements.  You MUST arrange your hotel accommodations by CALLING the Louisville Marriott Downtown at (502) 627-5045 or toll free at 1-800-533-0127. No online reservations will be accepted.

Reservations must be guaranteed with one night's room deposit (credit card guarantee is acceptable).  NCSL cannot be responsible for room guarantees.  The deadline for making hotel reservations is Friday, August 8, 2008.  After this date reservations will be accepted at the seminar rate only as hotel availability allows.

Travel Information

Airport

You may make your airline or rental car arrangements through Andavo Travel, NCSL’s official travel headquarters. To receive discounts off the lowest applicable roundtrip airfare, call toll-free (800) 825-3283  between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. MDT. In Colorado or outside the continental U.S., call (303) 741-6331. Andavo Travel also maintains a 24-hour, toll-free line for changes and emergencies. Airline reservations should be made at least 14 days in advance.

The Louisville Marriott Downtown is about 8 miles from Louisville International Airport.  Taxis are available for approximately $16 one way.
