Responsibilities
The Executive Committee is responsible for:
- planning and executing a program for the annual meeting of the section, for the Section's participation in the NCSL Annual Meeting, and for all other meetings of the Section;
- keeping the Section's membership informed of developments relating to their professional areas of interest;
- recommending formal actions as deemed appropriate;
- reviewing and recommending updates of the Section's Bylaws.
The Executive Committee consists of the officers of the Section and seven elected Directors. Along with the Section Chair, the following members serve on the LINCS Executive Committee:
