Washington State Speakers to Share Expertise at National Gathering of State Lawmakers

DENVER – Washington's governor, legislators, attorney general, business leaders, academics, advocates and other government officials will take center stage at the National Conference of State Legislatures' "Strong States Strong Nation" annual meeting, August 16-20 in Seattle. From international trade to the inner workings of the legislative process, speakers from the state of Washington will share their expertise at the nation's premier public policy meeting.

More than 160 sessions will take place at the meeting. Below is a current listing of sessions featuring speakers from across the state. All sessions take place at the Washington State Convention & Trade Center unless otherwise noted.
