"Strong States, Strong Nations" Housing Information

Strong States Strong Nation - From the state of Washington to Washington, D.C.

Journalists attending NCSL's "Strong States, Strong Nation" meeting are eligible to take advantage of discounted rates at many of Seattle's downtown hotels surrounding the Washington State Convention and Trade Center. August is a busy time of year in Seattle and hotel rooms are at a premium, so feel free to book your room using NCSL's discounted rates. Transportation between NCSL's conference hotels and the Washington State Convention and Trade Center will be provided throughout the "Strong States, Strong Nation" meeting.

Journalists who are also attending the 2005 Capitolbeat Conference may also want to consider the housing option provided by the Association of Capitol Reporters and Editors. Please visit the Capitolbeat website for more information. PLEASE NOTE: NCSL will not be providing transportation between the Capitolbeat hotel and the convention center.
