To implement this project Wade wants the committee to utilize the experience and expertise of past chairs and key organizational members. His goal is to turn a functional project over to Ken for implementation in the next year. Motion to approve the project was made by Ken, seconded by Martha, and passed unanimously.
Fall Conference - The 2005 NLPES Conference will be in Harrisburg PA and the 2006 conference will be in Park City, UT. To date, the only interest in sponsoring the 2007 conference has been West Virginia, the training sub-committee will need to start working on this issue immediately and will also need to start looking for a 2008 site. Hawaii has shown some interest but travel concerns could be a problem. Wade asked that each committee members talk with their office leaders to determine the feasibility of Hawaii as a fall conference site.
