ID Security Foundation for State Legislatures (FSL) Partnership Project NCSL Annual Meeting, July 20 - July 24, 2004 Salt Lake City, Utah Wednesday, July 21, 2004 1:00 - 3:00 pm Making Sure It's You (Concurrent Session) Vulnerabilities in identification systems have led to stolen identities, substantial commercial losses, and public safety and national security breaches. This program will explore policy options for creating effective, secure identifications systems that support commerce and combat crime while protecting personal privacy. Moderators:3:15 - 4:15 pm Technology Focus Systems and technologies used to support ID systems by facilitating authentication, combating fraud, and supporting information exchange will be demonstrated. 4:15 - 5:15 pm
