Review of Legislative Education Staff Requirements

In December, the Supreme Court heard arguments on whether peer grading and other group activities violates FERPA, and Mr. Rooker updated legislative education staff on the arguments for and against such a practice.  In February, the Supreme Court overturned a lower court decision and upheld the practice of peer grading and other similar activities.  Here are links to pertinent information regarding the decision:
