George J. Dolicker is a Principal Consultant with over four years' experience at Lucent Technologies, and over 20 years of experience in the information systems field.  He leads the Lucent Technologies security consulting practice in the New York region.  As a principal consultant specializing in information security, Mr. Dolicker provides full-lifecycle professional information security services to the financial, health care, pharmaceutical, insurance, legal, publishing, and government market verticals.  He is a frequent speaker internationally on topics including intrusion detection, incident response, Windows 2000 security, penetration and vulnerability studies, electronic privacy, and cryptography.  Mr. Dolicker is the principal instructor of Lucent Technologies’ internal Security Consulting Practice Seminar.  Mr. Dolicker holds a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) designation, is a Director of the New York Metro chapter of the Information Systems Security Association (ISSA), chairs the New York Windows 2000 Security User’s Group, and is a member of the High Technology Crime Investigation Association.  Mr. Dolicker is also a volunteer firefighter, advanced emergency medical technician, Scout leader, and an avid scuba diver.  He lives in upstate New York.
