Computer and Electronic Crime - 1999 Enacted Laws


Deals with electronic harassment and stalking; electronic surveillance; theft of personal identifying information; disabling computer data, software and hardware; criminal penalties relating to unsolicited commercial e-mail (spamming); child pornography and solicitation through the Internet; and other crimes perpetrated using a computer.
