Richard A. Clarke

Former Cyber Security Advisor to the President
Richard Clarke is an internationally recognized expert on security,
including homeland security, national security, cyber security and counter-terrorism.
Mr. Clarke served the last three Presidents as a senior White House Advisor.
Over the course of a record setting 11 consecutive years of White House
service, he held the titles of Special Assistant to the President for Global
Affairs, National Coordinator for Security and Counter-terrorism and Special
Advisor to the President for Cyber Security. Prior to his White House years,
Mr. Clarke served for 19 years in the Pentagon, the Intelligence Community,
and State Department. During the first George H.W. Bush Administration,
he was Assistant Secretary of State for Political-Military Affairs and
coordinated diplomatic efforts to support the 1990-1991 Gulf War and the
subsequent security arrangements. Today, Clarke consults on a range of
issues including corporate security risk management, information security
technology, and dealing with the Federal Government on security and IT
issues and counter-terrorism issues.
Senator Steve Kelley
Minnesota
Senator Kelley served in the Minnesota House from 1992 to 1996, was
elected to the Minnesota Senate in 1996, and won reelection to the Senate
this past November. Special legislative concerns to Senator Kelley include
property taxes, education, telecommunications and technology. He serves
as vice-chair of the Telecommunications, Energy and Utilities Committee
and serves on the Education Committee; Higher Education Budget Division
Committee; Tax Committee; and Property Taxes Budget Division Committee.
His commission work includes the Information Technology Ad Hoc Committee,
the Intergovernmental Information Systems Advisory Council, the Minnesota
Education Instructional Telecommunications Council and the Telecommunications
Services Study Working Group. Senator Kelley received his B.A. from Williams
College and J.D. from Columbia University.
Stuart McKee
Chief Information Officer
State of Washington
Stuart McKee was appointed director of the Washington State Department
of Information Services (DIS) by Governor Gary Locke in April 2002. As
director, Mr. McKee serves as chief information officer for the state and
heads an agency that provides technology leadership for government organizations
across Washington. DIS develops standardized information technology protocols
and builds out the state's digital government enterprise with innovative
and reliable telecommunications and computing architectures. With more
than 15 years experience with some of the Internet's most visible leaders,
Mr. McKee brings broad insight to organizations in the technology industry.
He was most recently Vice President of Global Internet Operations for the
Walt Disney Internet Group, where he directed a number of the Internet's
most visible sites including ESPN.com, Disney.com, GO.com and ABCNews.com.
Prior to the Walt Disney Internet Group, he served as General Manager and
Senior Executive Producer for GO.com, where he managed all aspects of GO.com's
personal finance products. Mr. McKee holds an M.B.A. from Gonzaga University
and a B.S. in Business Administration / Management Accounting from Lewis-Clark
State College.
Thomas Sadaka
Special Counsel
Office of Statewide Prosecution
Thomas Sadaka has served as an Assistant Statewide Prosecutor in Florida's
Office of Statewide Prosecution since 1997, investigating and prosecuting
all facets of high technology crime, and large economic white collar and
consumer fraud cases. Mr. Sadaka is currently Special Counsel for Computer
Crimes and Identity Theft Prosecutions and oversees all criminal prosecution
and investigation of computer and Internet related crimes and identity
theft cases handled by the office. Mr. Sadaka serves as the National Association
of Attorneys General computer crime contact and the Department of Justice
24/7 computer crime prosecution contact. Mr. Sadaka is an active lecturer
and instructor on many aspects of computer, high technology crimes and
identity theft to diverse audiences across the nation. He previously served
the state of Florida from 1993 to 1997 as an Assistant State Attorney in
the 7th Judicial Circuit. He handled all aspects of felony criminal
prosecution with an emphasis on economic, white collar and environmental
crimes. Mr. Sadaka has a B.A. in Philosophy from Florida State University,
a J.D. from St. Thomas University and a LL. M. in Taxation from the University
of Florida.
Ronald J. Wilczynski
Special Agent
Federal Bureau of Investigation
Special Agent Ronald J. Wilczynski has been with the Federal Bureau
of Investigation (FBI) for over 23 years. He has worked cases involving
international terrorism, traditional organized crime, drugs, espionage,
and general property crimes against the United States. His FBI specialties
include being a computer forensic examiner, a technically-trained agent,
a hostage negotiator and a former member of the Sacramento SWAT team. He
is an FBI-certified police instructor and has taught classes nationally
and internationally on numerous subjects including surveillance techniques
and technical issues for investigators. He has been certified as a computer
forensic examiner by the Computer Analysis Response Team FBI laboratory
with specialties in DOS/Windows environments, and Linus/Unix and Apple/Macintosh
operating systems. He has instructed classes in both computer intrusions
and Internet crimes and has worked with the Sacramento Valley High Tech
Task Force. He is a member of the High Technology Crime Investigators Association
(HTCIA) and the International Association of Computer Investigative Specialists.
He currently supervises a cyber crime squad that includes an intelligence
component that supports the Sacramento division. Special Agent Wilczynski
is a graduate of California State Polytechnic University with a degree
in business administration and a concentration in accounting.
