To learn more about NCSL's overall mission and the services we offer legislators and staff, go to the About NCSL tab at the top of the page.

You can also connect to NCSL's Standing Committees that hold meetings, conduct research and publish information on a variety of issues.

Connect to Other Legislative Staff

You can join a list serve discussion group for legislators and staff only where you can post research requests to staff in other states or access the web sites of other state legislatures. Information is also available on NCSL Staff Sections that serve staff grouped by function such as bill drafters and researchers. Most of the staff sections compile directories of staffers in each state.
