NCSL must receive your registration by August 20, 2008. If you are unable to meet the pre-registration deadline, please register onsite. Registration fees are payable to NCSL. Cancellations made in writing and received in the NCSL Denver office by September 1, 2008 will be refunded minus a $50 processing fee.

Hotel Reservation Deadline: August 13, 2008
Please make your hotel reservations directly with the Hilton Indianapolis by calling (317) 972-0600 and indicate that you are attending the “NCSL Leadership Staff Section Professional Development Seminar” to receive a room rate of $139.00 single or double, plus tax. Reservations must be held by a credit card. The deadline for making hotel reservations is August 13, 2008. After that date, reservations will be accepted at the seminar rate based on room availability.
NCSL Airfare
Airline discounts are available through Andavo Travel, NCSL’s official travel headquarters, by calling (800) 825-3283,or (303) 694-4344. Airline reservations should be made at least seven days in advance. Andavo Travel maintains a 24-hour toll-free line for changes and emergencies.
Ground Transportation
The Hilton Indianapolis is located 15 minutes from the Indianapolis International Airport.
General Information
Casual attire is appropriate for all seminar events, but please do not wear shorts to the conference sessions. Be sure to bring a sweater or light jacket, evenings and meeting rooms may be cool.
