The Legislative Effectiveness Committee will hold meetings and provide information to legislators and staff so that they can learn the key innovations in managing legislatures. The committee will focus on showing a broad variety of state approaches, consider initiatives from the private and academic sectors, and always seek to stress what is practical and applicable to legislatures.
