The meeting was called to order by the Chair of the Committee, Greg Gray from West Virginia. on August 16, 2005.
Following a motion to dispense with the reading of the minutes, the minutes from the Spring meeting in Boston were approved
Jeannine Wood, Chair of the Subcommittee to recodify the Standing Orders, handed out draft copies of the Standing Orders for the committee to review. The committee was not able to finish the review. Natalie will set up in the near future two conference calls of committee members to accomplish this task. During the first conference call, we will begin with page 8 of the draft. The committee must complete this revision in order to make recommendations to the Executive Committee at the ASLCS meeting in Springfield, Illinois in September.
