The meeting was called to order by Suzi Lowell (AK).
Kirsten Waid moved to adopt the minutes of the Spring meeting held in Chicago, Illinois. The motion was seconded by Polly Emerson.
Brenda Erickson reported that after the final check of survey responses, there were only three chambers that did not respond: New York Assembly, Rhode Island Senate, and Wyoming Senate. Brenda has completed the compilation of the survey data and emailed a draft of the ILP document to all committee members. Kirsten will email a notice to remind everyone to send any corrections, suggestions or changes to Brenda by August 31, 2007.
Once the Committee’s edits have been incorporated into the final report, it will be available online. Brenda expects this to happen by the end of October.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
