Lisa Crowley is the Program Director of Insure Montana, within the Montana State Auditor’s Office. She has worked with the Insure Montana program since its inception in 2005. Ms. Crowley received a Bachelor of Communications degree in Public Relations from the University of Colorado.
Eileen Hayes is a Supervising Attorney with Healthy New York, within the New York Insurance Department. She has worked with Healthy New York since its inception in 2000. Ms. Hayes received her Jurist Doctorate from the University of Buffalo Law School.
Scott Leitz is the Assistant Commissioner at the Minnesota Department of Health. He has served in multiple position with the Department, including Director of Health Policy. Mr. Leitz has a master's degree in public affairs form the University of Minnesota.
