Funding School Health ProgramsState Revenue SurveyNovember 1999
The state revenue survey collected information about which states appropriate state revenue for school health programs. This survey asks for information on various K-12 school health programs (regardless of state funding source). We are interested in amounts appropriated for school health programs by each state legislature and delivered through the K-12 public education system. The sources for school health funding and the procedures required to access funds vary from state to state. The data collected is designed to identify those procedures and sources in each state. The information in this database will provide state legislators and legislative staff with information about how states and territories use federal and state funds for school health programs. Also, state and local education agencies can use this information to develop and improve school health programs. | Survey Questions | Database Searching Instructions | | State Revenue Database | |
