This database provides information about federal funding of programs under one of the six block grants listed below. We have provided different ways to search the database for programs that have been funded through 1999.

Other funding sources can be found at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention program, Healthy Youth Funding Database (HY-Fund).

You can also link to the Youth Risk Behavior Surveillance data on morbidity and mortality statistics on the Center for Disease Control and Prevention Internet site. This site provides state and national data from 1999 on injuries, alcohol and drug use, sexual behaviors, tobacco use, dietary behaviors, and physical activity.
