The Project on Medical Liability in Pennsylvania is a project of the Pennsylvania Economy League, funded by The Pew Charitable Trusts as an independent, impartial voice. Through research, consultation and communications, the Project provides decision-makers and stakeholders with objective information about the ways in which medical, legal and insurance-related issues affect the medical liability system and about the relationship between medical liability and the overall health of the Commonwealth and its citizens.
