HUMAN CLONING

The National Conference of State Legislatures has assembled publications, Web sites and other resources on cloning for reproduction or research. As technology progresses, an increasing number of state legislatures are taking on this controversial and complex topic. This Web page provides current information on human cloning to assist policymakers in understanding the technology and its potential ethical, legal and social consequences. Any opinions expressed by non-NCSL resources do not reflect the viewpoint of the National Conference of State Legislatures.
