PATRICK BARRIE
Patrick Barrie is the Deputy Director of the Mental Health and Substance
Abuse Services Administration within the Michigan Department of Community Health
(MDCH). Prior to assuming his current role, Mr. Barrie served in a number of
senior management positions within MDCH, and he has extensive experience with
public managed care models and the Medicaid program.
Mr. Barrie earned a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Master of Arts degree from
Michigan State University and earned a Master of Arts degree in psychology from
Duquesne University in Pennsylvania.
