The Forum for State Health Policy Leadership would like to invite you to the following meeting during NCSL’s 2006 Spring Forum:

“An Introduction to the Critical Health Areas Project (CHAP)”

Thursday April 6, 2006
2:00 - 3:30 pm
Hyatt Regency, Capitol Hill
Washington, D.C.

As you know, the Forum for State Health Policy Leadership at NCSL has begun a new project, Fostering State Leadership and Expertise on Critical Health Areas Project, or the Critical Health Areas Project (CHAP) for short.  This session introduces the issues and resources the project will offer.  It includes a quick tour of hot issues in the four CHAP areas (chronic care and quality, healthcare access, addiction prevention and treatment, and providers and workforce) and an introduction to State Health Notes, now on line.

This session showcases the program for those attending the Spring Forum.  If you are interested or if you have any further questions please contact Chris Coleman at (202) 624-5400 or e-mail him at christopher.coleman@ncsl.org.
