The governor's budget proposal for FY 2001 included agency mission statements, statements of major goals and strategies, and key performance measures and performance reports. Legislation enacts mission statements and performance measures for agency division and in some cases programs within divisions. and It reports on the agency performance measures set in the previous year's budget proposal.
