New EPA Report on State Brownfields Programs

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) published a report in February 2005, entitled State Brownfields and Voluntary Response Programs: An Update from the States. The publication reviews the environmental clean-up and redevelopment aspects of each state's program, including liability relief and financial incentive provisions. It also summarizes the number of remediated sites and provides a list of contacts in each state for further information.
