There has been significant state legislative activity in recent years to remove obstacles to, and provide incentives for, brownfields cleanup and redevelopment. This session will review the most innovative state legislation, discuss what features have and haven't worked to encourage greater cleanup and redevelopment, and suggest what statutory changes may still be needed.
