  • Guy Caruso with the Energy Information Administration’s 2007 Short-Term Energy Outlook;
  • Tom Plant, Director of the Colorado Office of Energy Management and Conservation with an update on Governor Ritter's New Energy Economy;
  • John Felmy with the American Petroleum Institute to discuss ultra low sulfur diesel supply and demand;
  • Gordon Schremp with the California Energy Commission on the state's ethanol and gasoline actions with pending $4 summer prices; and
  • Paul Horsnell from Barclays Capital to review global oil markets and the effects on the U.S. markets.
