Look at investment and manufacturing, major financial institutions involved, and how states can attract this economic resource.  A look at the future of solar energy and how it compares with other renewable energy sources with respect to economic and environmental costs.

Tour of the Solar Decathlon on the National Mall

The Solar Decathlon is a competition in which teams of college and university students compete to design, build, and operate the most effective and energy-efficient solar-powered house.
