This searchable database tracks housing related legislation from 2004-2007.   Areas in this database include:

For 2007, housing bills that have passed both legislative chambers and been sent to the governor for action are part of the database; for 2004, bills that passed at least one legislative chamber are included.  For 2005 and 2006 almost all bills introduced on the various housing topics are available.
