May 1-15, 2008   Volume 3, Number 9 -- AL enacts legislation to reform the state's juvenile justice system and FL considers legislation to prohibit bullying and harassment in school.
April 16-30, 2008   Volume 3, Number 8 -- A new study examines employment outcomes for youth who age out of foster care through their mid-twenties and youth in FL advocate for more spending on after-school and education programs.
April 1-15, 2008   Volume 3, Number 7 -- States grapple with issues of mistreatment at juvenile jails and a new report indicates that about half of the students served by public schools in the nation's largest cities graduate high school.

January 1-15, 2008   Volume 3, Number 1-- NY will close six residential facilities for juvenile offenders and CA and NE consider prohibiting the sentencing of juvenile offenders to life in prison without parole.
