IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE WEB-ASSISTED AUDIO CONFERENCES
Thank you for registering for an National Conference of State Legislatures' web-assisted audio conference. Following are general instructions on how to log in. The WEB ROOM NUMBER and AUDIO DIAL IN NUMBER can be found on the confirmation page of your registration.

TEST YOUR COMPUTER
If you have not previously attended a Vcall web event please test your computer IN ADVANCE to avoid delays at the time of the event. You can test your computer NOW by going to http://cluster1.vcall.com/cfmx/ec/systest/testframeset.cfm?BID=1&Tests=1.
LOGIN INSTRUCTIONS
Please log into the web application 10-15 minutes before the event start time:
- Go to www.vcall.com and click the orange ‘LOGIN’ button
- Fill in login information and enter room # provided on your confirmation, then click ‘OK’
- A pop-up window will open to display the web conference
Audio for this program will be streamed via your computer. The test link above will test your computer’s ability to receive web audio via Macromedia Flash. If you need to download the audio player go to http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer.
Audio for this program will also be available via telephone at the number provided on your confirmation. An operator will connect you to the conference, then your line will be placed in ‘listen only’ status and you will hear music until the event begins.

VCALL SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
PC users: Operating System Windows 98 or later. Java enabled browser: Internet Explorer or Netscape version 4.x or later.
NOTE: Some versions of Windows XP do not include Java. To download Java for Windows XP go to www.java.com. Upon completion of the download you will need to restart your computer.
Mac users: Java-enabled browser: Internet Explorer version 5.1 or later, running on operating system OSX.
1024x768 or higher screen resolution preferred, 800x600 minimum.
Please disable any software that prevents pop-up windows for the duration of this web conference.
