Powerful Pathways: Framing Options and Opportunities for Vulnerable Youth
All youth need support as they move from adolescence to adulthood. Vulnerable youth face transitions made particularly challenging by stressful life events, emotional trauma, poverty, discrimination, experience in foster care or juvenile detention as well as a number of other difficult circumstances. A growing body of knowledge indicates that these youth need community-wide webs of support to make these transitions to adulthood successfully.
