Web Conference on Revisions to USDA Biotechnology Regulations - August 24, 2007

Biotechnology Regulatory Services (BRS), a program within the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), is considering potential revisions to its existing regulations regarding the importation, interstate movement and environmental release of genetically engineered (GE) organisms.  NCSL and APHIS sponsored this web-assisted audio conference for state legislators to learn more about the proposed revisions to USDA's biotechnology regulations.
