Robert H. Fourdraine serves as chief operating officer of the Wisconsin Livestock Identification Consortium.  He was born in The Netherlands, where he received his Masters Degree in Agricultural Engineering at the Agricultural University in Wageningen.  He received his Ph.D in Animal Science from Texas A&M University in 1994.  He currently lives in Oregon, Wisconsin with his wife and two children.
