Meeting Registration and Housing

After registering, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a link to the NCSL housing page and a Registration Reference Number (Example: 323XYZ-INC) that will allow you access to the housing page to secure your hotel reservations. Once on the housing page, you must complete the steps to confirm your hotel arrangements.

If you choose not to complete your hotel reservations immediately after registering for the meeting, the Registration Reference Number will allow you to return to the housing page later.

Please retain your confirmation e-mail and Registration Reference Number. Call Lisa Castro 303-856-1538 or Rise Jones 303-856-1653 if you misplace either and they will be re-sent to the e-mail address provided at the time of registration.

Hotel Guarantees

All room reservation requires a credit card guarantee. The Housing Bureau will not charge your credit card unless the reservation is cancelled after July 8, 2011. A $200 fee then applies.

  • NOTE: A check may be used as payment at the hotel, but a credit card must be used to guarantee your reservation.

Hotel Confirmation

Once your hotel reservations are made, the NCSL Housing Bureau will e-mail your Housing Acknowledgment Number to you. Please review all information for accuracy. If you do not receive a confirmation or if you have questions, please call the Housing Bureau toll free at 866-229-3691 or e-mail at ncsl@experient-inc.com.

Reservations made through the NCSL Housing Bureau must be completed by July 8, 2011, to guarantee conference rates. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis until sold out.

You will not receive a confirmation directly from the hotel. We ask that you do not call your hotel to verify your reservation. Hotels will not have all rooming lists from the NCSL Housing Bureau until July 15, 2011.

Changes or Cancellations

All changes and cancellations to an existing reservation must be made in writing and e-mailed or faxed to the NCSL Housing Bureau by July 8, 2011 at:

Reservations cancelled after July 8, 2011, will be assessed the $200 guarantee or one night's room rate and tax, whichever is greater. For changes or cancellations after July 8, 2011, please contact the hotel directly.

NOTE: If you do not check in on your confirmed arrival date, you will be considered a “no show,” and the hotel may cancel your reservation in its entirety.

Hospitality Suites

All requests for suites must be made through the NCSL Housing Bureau in writing.

  1. Complete the suite request form
  2. Once your request is submitted, you will be contacted within 48 hours regarding rates and availability. Prices, availability and suite types vary by property.
